Welcome, baby Beck!

One of my BFFs, Karlee, had her baby boy last week.

She nailed that labor and delivery like a champ, and now she has a very cute baby to show for it.

And here is my upcoming little lady at 27 weeks - making her appearance on Thanksgiving Day (according to the docs, anyway.)

Shower the people you love with love ...
My mom and my sister, Jeni, threw me a family baby shower.

It was so fun to get some fun things for our much anticipated little girl.

It was also surreal thinking that in just a few months I will actually be using those things!

One of the many perks of being married to Clay is that his family has a share in a houseboat, so we all go down to Powell every summer.

Clay absolutely loves it and is as happy as a little boy on Christmas Day the whole time we are there.

I decided not to risk the wipeouts I often take on the wakeboard and "sea biscuit" and just soaked up some sun and enjoyed the vacation.

Here's to many more Lake Powell trips to come.

Next time, we get to bring our baby girl!
