Delta

This past weekend was wonderful because of conference, but also because I got to go to a concert I was really excited about! It was with Delta Goodrem—an Australian vocalist who has outsold the Beatles! You've probably heard her new song "In This Life". She has an incredible voice and talent for songwriting. I fell in love with her music when I was living Australia.

I brought her a little bag of American goodies: some candy, lip gloss, and a Book of Mormon. After listening to her lyrics and thinking about it I just felt like it would be a good move. When I handed her the bag, she saw the Book of Mormon and said, “I’d like to read that!” When I was talking with her, she was so down to earth and genuine. It was definitely a night to remember & made me even more excited to go on my trip to Australia next month!
