The Shameful Post

I cannot believe I am posting about a TV show, but here it comes. Sorry in advance.

So this is a photo of Clay imitating Jason from "The Bachelor." He (Jason) was getting ready to decide which girl to propose to and was looking at the ring he had chosen out. Intense music was playing in the background and we had to laugh. That show is so over dramatized! But I admit I was hooked this season. It even had my mom hooked, which is not an easy feat.

For those of you who don't know, it came down to 2 girls: Melissa and Molly. Jason proposed to Melissa on the final episode, but in just a matter of weeks he decided "the passion wasn't there anymore" and dumped her on TV. What a lame-o! I know he got paid big bucks for breaking it off with her on TV, but that is so ridiculous to me. Melissa's response was great, I thought. She made a good point that he wasn't willing to even work at it. Once the initial excitement of the whole thing wore off, he was already wishing the grass was greener on the other side, so he asked if Molly would give him another chance. He kept saying he couldn't control his head or his heart which I think is a major cop out! I threw something at the TV. Twice. Silly, I know. But there it is! Good thing this blog is private ...

I'm sorry, but I lost all respect for the Bachelor after last night! I ended up really disliking Jason- for being an idiot, Molly (who I originally liked the best) for taking him back, and the show- for producing such ridiculousness. I know this show has its fair share of theatrics, but they took it too far last night!
Ok...I'm done venting.

I'm so glad I wasn't the only one to get caught up in this. I have to admit, for as low as I think Jason's actions were, it did make for good TV.

I was so pissed why can it not just be happy ending! I wanted Molly all along, but not that way! My faith in reality TV is no longer exists

It makes me so angry I have a hard time talking about it. My thoughts:

I hate Molly and don't understand why anyone likes her, I think she's a cocky snot.

I hate Jason for shattering my dream that there are sweet, kind adoring men still ou there in this world.

I hate ABC for realing me in only to break my heart. If they can't even cultivate love on a television program under all these romantic, fun circumstances, how am I supposed to do it in real life? I needed them to cultivae love for me Kim...I needed it.

Love you.
