Uphill Battle

 So, I decided to get into cycling.

Just kidding! I think that would be fun, but in these pictures I am only pretending to be a cyclist. I was part of the cast of "Uphill Battle," a film by Illumin8ed Productions about a woman who gets into cycling to help her get through a hard divorce.

 My little sister, who is a real cyclist, lent me all her gear and her awesome bike. The location was just down the road from my mom's house, so we spent the night there and I got up really early the next morning for the shoot.

The director (middle) has 9 young kids and sells real estate with her husband in addition to producing films! The girl on the right, Shelby (the lead in the film) is an amazing woman from Idaho who has five kids.

It is so fascinating to me to be on a film set. I love all the different personalities and talents that come together to make a cool end product. I wrote a little more about this experience here.
